The Gottman Method is a well-regarded approach to couples therapy developed by Dr. John Gottman and his wife, Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman. It’s grounded in decades of research on what makes relationships work and aims to strengthen relationships by improving communication and resolving conflicts. Our therapists are Level 3 Trained and Skilled in the Gottman Method. This is the highest level of training.
